要求或禁止函数之后的空白符。

a { transform: translate(1, 1) scale(3); }
/**                           ↑
 *                   这个空白符 */

如果下一个字符是 ,、)、/ 或 }，则此规则不会在 ) 之后立即检查空格，从而允许下面举例说明的一些模式。

命令行中的 --fix 选项可以自动修复此规则报告的所有问题。
